The application process

We carefully read through your application as soon it arrives. If important questions remain open, we will conduct a brief telephone interview with you. If you have persuaded us with your documents, we will invite you to an interview with your future manager and the appropriate human resources manager. We take our time to make sure that we are compatible. Therefore, we generally sit down with you for a second round of interviews. Here, you meet the colleagues, contact people or additional managers who you will frequently come into contact with later. Thus, you can see if the chemistry works and you feel comfortable with us.
