Financial reports

Since the IPO and the issue of Dräger preference shares in 1979, Dräger has published an annual report, containing all relevant figures and information every year. Dräger’s fiscal year is the calendar year. Since 2003, the Group financial statements have been prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs) promulgated by the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) and the interpretations of the International Financial Reporting Interpretations Committee (IFRIC).
Due to its inclusion in the TecDAX share index since 2003 and the related inclusion in Prime Standard, Dräger is obligated to publish quarterly reports.

Quarterly reports 2007-2009 not available at the moment

In order to comply with the new statutory provisions of IAS 32 on the classification of equity and debt, Dräger evaluated its reporting methods for participation capital and decided they should be amended. As a result the annual reports 2007 and 2008 as well as interim reports are currently being adjusted. The interim reports 2007, 2008 and 2009 will therefore be available again shortly.

Quarterly reports only available in digital form

Dräger has decided to produce the quarterly reports of Dräger Group exclusively in digital form from now on. This approach allows Dräger to deliver on issues like cutting costs and environmental protection. Beginning with the half-yearly financial report 2009, no more printed versions will be published.
